Amna Khan, MS (Clin. Psy), Registered Psychotherapist, OACCPP
Amna Khan is a Registered Psychotherapist and a certified member of Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists. She holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology with several certifications in the field of mental health. She has 13+ years experience in providing Psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, couples, children and families experiencing a range of psychological difficulties.
Her work is inspired by eclectic approach in which she applies different therapeutic modalities based on the needs and best interest of her clients. She predominantly uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Brief Solution Focused, Humanistic and Client Centred approach in her practice.

Laiba Imran, MA (Coun. Psy), Registered Psychotherapist, CCPA
Laiba Imran is a passionate Psychotherapist registered with CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario). She obtained her Masters Degree in Psychotherapy after completing an undergrad at the University of Toronto and has been actively counselling clients from diverse backgrounds ever since.
Her fluency in both English and Urdu allows her to effectively work with a broad population. Coming from a South Asian background and having been raised in Canada, Laiba is culturally aware of western and eastern values, beliefs, and ideologies. She remains unbiased and culturally sensitive to clients of diverse backgrounds.
Laiba has experience working with individuals between the ages of seventeen to seventy who struggle with Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive, Bipolar, Borderline Personality Disorder and Addiction.
She uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as her primary modality. Laiba also applies Gestalt and Humanistic techniques in her practice. Using a Client-Centred approach, Laiba helps her clients meet their goals and find solutions to maladaptive thinking patterns. Mahwish is Registered with the College of Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO) and a Certified Canadian Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
Mahwish has a Master’s degree in counselling psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management with a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. This unique combination allows Mahwish to provide a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their mental and emotional well-being while also providing clients with professional development through career counselling. She has experience working with youth, adults, couples and families in various settings,
such as community organization, hospital, and community mental health clinic. Whether you

Ayman Taher, Registered Psychotherapist / Spiritual Counsellor
Ayman Taher is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. He is a Certified Clinical Chaplain and Spiritual Counsellor from the College of Pastoral Education and Psychotherapy (CPSP) Canada - USA and Canadian Association for Spiritual Care (CASC).
He has more than 25 years of experience providing individual, couples and family counselling through a holistic approach of mind, body soul and spirit. He has been working as a Spiritual Counsellor and Caregiver at the Sick Kids Hospital Toronto since 1997. He is also an imam, a public speaker and an activist in several social advocacy groups, such as Muslim Children’s Aid and Support Services (MCASS). Ayman is certified in Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Prevention, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). He has conducted several mental health, parenting and youth workshops in different cities across Canada.
Ayman is familiar with most of counselling psychology models and uses them eclectically based on client needs. Saad Khan, MA (Coun. Psy), Registered Psychotherapist
Saad is a registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). He holds a BSc Honours in Kinesiology and Health Sciences, with a minor in Psychology, from York University, followed by a Masters in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
Saad is an active member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
He possesses extensive experience in addressing trauma, depression, and anxiety-related issues. Utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Narrative Therapy, they support their clients' growth and journey to resilience. Saad is also trained in Gottman method of counselling.
Having worked and volunteered in various mental health facilities, including hospitals and clinics, he has gained insight into the various effects of trauma, burnout, inter / intra-personal conflicts, and more, among individuals.
Saad has served a wide demographic, including veterans, law enforcement personnel, first responders, healthcare workers, amputees, and many others. In addition to English Saad can provide therapy in Urdu as well.

Waleed is a member of Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). He has received certifications in mental health and addiction programs from renowned universities like Yale, UoFT and UBC. Waleed also has a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology.
Waleed has been entrusted in various settings to provide mental health support to residential, outpatient, and inpatient clients. His broad base of training and experience working with mood and anxiety disorders, substance use disorder, and stress management enables him to cater to the clients’ needs empathetically and sensitively.
Waleed primarily works within the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework, with ability to integrate mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), motivational interviewing (MI) and dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), as needed to cultivate positive outcomes from the treatment.
